Q1 Can I use Ruble (RUB) to pay for my order?
Currently we are not capable to process payment in Ruble.

Q2 Why cannot I use the credit card to pay the order? Why does the payment keep being authorizing?
Please consult the card issuing bank or change to other payment methods available on our checkout page

Q3 Why haven't I received the Credit Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay/PayPal refund?
The refund was rejected by our payment service provider.

Q4 How can I get my Credit Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay/PayPal refund?
There is no certainty at this moment, but we will keep close communication with our payment service providers and banks, once they are ready to handle the refund, we will initiate the refund for you as soon as possible.

Q5 What can I do if I would like to cancel the refund and let seller ship the goods for me?
The refund is waiting for process by the payment service provider. Alibaba.com cannot stop it. Alibaba.com can only proceed the refund to the original paying Credit Card/ Apple Pay/Google Pay/PayPal account.
