After my IPP account is created, can I update my account information?

Once your account is created, your contact information will not be audited, so you can update it at anytime. However, your registered email address and complainant name under registration information cannot be edited. You may refer to the screenshot as below (The registration information marked with “Yes” can be edited.):

Note:
1、 If you submit the IPR complaint under the complainant name, you are suggested to upload the same complainant’s identity documents to have your IPR information verified. After your account is successfully registered, the complainant name is unable to be edited, please ensure to submit the correct documents.
2、Your registered email address will be used to receive notification email from IPP platform, please ensure to submit the correct and valid one.
