Can I change my shipping address?

Where the shipping address can be modified or not depends on how the order was placed and what the order status is now.1 the order was placed by clicking 'start order' by the buyer:Shipping address or shipping route can be modified by clicking ' modify shipping address' when order status is 'waiting for payment' or 'wait for shipment' only. The modification will take effect in the order after the seller confirms the modification request.Note:

1) Modification is limited to shipping address and shipping route. (Shipping address information: Province, city, road, street, name and contact information of receiver

2)When buyer choose to modify shipping route, shipping cost for the new one should not be more than 120% of the previous one.

3) Here will be no refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency after shipping route modified.

4)Buyer can re-raise the modification if the first request was not confirmed by seller. Buyer can raise a new request after seller confirmed the previous request, as long as the order has not been shipped yet.

 

 

2 the order was placed via other methods:When the order status is waiting for the supplier to confirm the order, waiting for payment, or that are waiting for the supplier to ship, shipping address can be modified by requesting modification. The buyer can go to "All Orders," click "request modification" and raise the request to the supplier for a further processing.
