Can I get the payment processing fee returned when I apply for refund?

Each time money goes through bank, the bank(s) will charge some fees. Likewise, when money goes through Alibaba.com, we process your money and get it into seller's account, that's why the processing fee is collected.

In order to reduce your loss, if the order meet the requirements below, the system will refund you the transaction fee automatically ：

1) You placed this order click "Start Order".

2) The payment method is Credit card/KCP/APPLEPAY/GOOGLEPAY/BOLETO/European online transfer (excluding PayPal).

3) The order was cancelled with those reasons: ① Seller increased shipping cost or product price, ② Not in stock ③ Wrong shipping method/address, ④ Supplier failed to ship the products on time.

4) Not eligible for 2-hour refund(2-hour refund means the order is canceled within 2 hours of the payment being made (i.e. full refund )).
