How can I make sure my application of Payment Terms: 30/60 Days is approved?

1. Fill in the information as completely as possible.

2. Ensure your company name, address, tax number, business registration date, and contact information are correct before submitting your application.

3. Providing a D&B (Dun & Bradstreet) number can be helpful. Please ensure it is entered in a numerical format with no dashes or symbols.

4. Make sure to verify your business within 15 days of applying.

• Verifying by email: make sure to enter the verification code correctly. The code is valid for 24 hours and can only be generated a maximum of 3 times daily.

• Verifying by phone: you will get a call from our customer service team within 2 business days of applying, make sure you don’t miss this call.

• Verifying by payment: make sure you pay through a business bank account that matches the information in your application. We do not accept transfers from personal accounts as the payment is to verify your business information.
