How can I search products on Alibaba.com?

The buyer could Search the products by using the following methods:

1）Search by keyword

2）Image Search

3）Browse product categories

4）Send a Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Method 1: Search with keywords.

Both the Alibaba.com website and app provides you with two views: Products and Manufacturers. They are displayed next to each other at the top of the home page.

Method 2: Search with images;

The Image Search feature allows you to search for similar products by uploading an image of your desired product. 

1. Click the camera icon in the search bar.

2. Select and upload an image or use your device's camera to take a photo on the spot.

3. Select products that are similar to the product image that you uploaded.

4. Sometimes an Image Search can give you some ideas about the keywords suppliers use to name their products, and then you can search by these keywords to find more products.

Note: Image size is maximum 5MB.

Method 3: Browse product categories

The buyer could use one of the following methods to access product categories:

In the app: Select the All categories shortcut at the top of the home page, then Tap the search bar to access the search aid menu and select Browse categories.

On the website: In the My markets menu, select a category from the All categories sub-menu.

Method 4: Post RFQ.
Post an RFQ specifying your sourcing needs, and you may receive matching quotes from different suppliers. With RFQ, you can:
1. Get quotes for your custom request
2. Let the right suppliers find you
3. Close deals with one click
