How do I appeal after paying failed via Credit Card?

Please follow below steps to get your credit card verified:
1. Sign into the Identity Check page, select a card that failed in recent payment.

 

 

2. Upload photos of the card, card bill and your ID document. The photo should be clear and in jpg, jpeg, and png format(s) (3MB max per file, larger than 200k).

 

3. After you submitted, you will get an update within 1~2 business days via email. You can check the status here as well.

 

4. If your appealing has been approved, you can pay again with the card you just appealed. Please do not try to pay until the appealing result came out.
