How do I cancel a refund case for my logistics order?

Sign in to "My Alibaba" >> "Order details" >> "Transactions" >> "Refunds and services". On the dispute details page, you can cancel the case before it is escalated to Alibaba.com for arbitration. (If still can't find the case, you can click here for more information).

Please kindly noted: A refund case can be canceled before a resolution is reached. Once a case is canceled, it cannot be reopened.
