How do I check the status of my dispute case?
Trade Assurance order dispute:
Please follow below steps to check the Trade Assurance order dispute status:
1. Go to Orders-All Orders to find the order list.
2. Find the order and click 'View refund application' to check the Dispute Status and Operation Record.
3. If you have reached refund agreement, you could also check 'Refund Process' and 'Final Resolution' as below. You can see the refund method (via T/T, Credit Card or e-checking) and refund processing time.
