How do I find the tracking number for my Trade Assurance order?

You can check the information on Alibaba.con website or on your Alibaba APP.

1. If you want to check your tracking number on the Alibaba.com website , Please go to My Alibaba > All orders, find the order you want to check and click "View more".

You could find the tracking number under the shipping details as shown below:

2. If you use Alibaba.com APP to check the tracking number , please follow steps as below :

step1: click "My Alibaba"

 

 

step 2 : click " Manage Order"

 

step 3 : choose the order which you want to check the tracking number

 

 

step 4 ：You could find the tracking number under the logistics details as below. kindly suggested you can contact your seller to confirm dierctly if no tracking information on this page.
