How do I set security question?

Apart from email and phone verification, currently you could verify your alibaba account by answering security questions.

Please follow steps below to set the security question:

1. Go to My Alibaba - My account, choose ‘Set Security Question’

 

2. Complete identity verification.

 

3. Set security question and answer. Please do remember the answer of the security questions.
