In the situation where my order is refunded, will I also receive a VAT refund?

For an order where Alibaba.com did not collect VAT, it is usually for the buyer and seller to discuss on how to handle the relevant tax matters. You may further check with the seller and relevant tax/customs authorities for further details.

For an order where Alibaba.com collected VAT, we will refund the VAT as applicable. Alibaba.com will calculate and refund the VAT as appropriate for your cancelled/closed orders.

A credit note will also be issued accordingly.
