What is On time Delivery?

On-time delivery orders are those placed by buyers, with designated route and destination country. Estimated time of delivery will calculated based on route and actual shipping time.

Based on system tracking information, if the order was not delivered by estimated time of delivery, buyers can make a claim to get a coupon, which is 10% of the order amount (up to 100USD), as a compensation.
