What is the benefit of participating in the ASTEP?

It is not mandatory for buyers to enroll on ASTEP. However, it is recommended as the participation helps us to identify the buyers’ tax status in advance, and subsequent purchases eligible for exemption will not be subject to sales tax at checkout.
