What's the dispute process for Trade Assurance order?

1.Normally the dispute will have the following steps:

1.1. Negotiation period between seller and buyer
1.1.1After the buyer submits dispute, you two parties have 3 to 30 days to negotiate without the involvement of Alibaba.
If the supplier provides different proposal, you could request Alibaba.com’s assistance by clicking the “Escalate Dispute” button, or may continue to negotiate with the seller.
If no response from the supplier, you could escalate the case from the 4th day or after seller replied.

What's the dispute process for Trade Assurance order?

1.1.2 During the negotiation period, both parties need to respond each other's proposal within 5 days, otherwise the dispute will be escalated (no reply from supplier in due time) or cancelled (no reply from buyer in due time) automatically.
1.1.3 Alibaba.com will also act as a mediator for any disputes which remain unresolved after 30 days of initial opening.
1.1.4 Buyers can cancel dispute on the dispute detail page before case escalation or request Alibaba dispute team to cancel the dispute after case escalation. 

2. Arbitration period and Alibaba.com will get involved
2.1 After the dispute escalate, Alibaba.com will act as a mediator and our dispute agent will take over and deal with your case within 3 working days normally.
2.2 Buyer can upload the following evidence or information if the dispute remind you "Waiting for Buyer to Upload Evidence" or "Waiting for Both Parties to Upload Evidence"
-The evidence that dispute agent requested.
-You accept the resolution which seller or dispute agent advised.
-Other request you want to tell dispute agent directly such as speed up the processing.
