Can I apply for a tax refund if I receive a refund from an order dispute?

Yes, you can. The tax refund amount varies, but will be calculated based on the amount awarded from your order dispute. 

• If you paid by wire transfer, you can apply for a tax refund in the “Tax details” section on your Order Details page.  You can click here for more operation steps.

• For other payment methods, you will be refunded automatically.（Tips: If the order tax can be refunded due to modification of the order or verification of tax exemption before delivery, and the order is canceled before shipment, the buyer needs to apply for tax refund on the order detail page.
