How can I claim up to get the on-time dispatch coupon or on-time delivery coupon and use it?

You can find Make a claim in order detail page, which is different with Apply for refund.

• On-time dispatch: entrance to make a claim will be available after the order is marked as delayed dispatch. If you did not click to make a claim, the entrance will be closed together with entrance Apply for refund.

• On-time delivery: entrance to make a claim will be available if the order was not delivered by estimated date of delivery calculated by system. The entrance will be available for 30 calendar days only and you should make a claim before that.
