How do I cancel my logistics order?

Sign in to My Alibaba, find Logistics >> Manage logistics orders.

On the "Manage logistics order" page, locate the order you want to cancel, and click "Cancel order" under the "Action" column.

A new window will pop up to make sure it is the order you want to cancel. Click “OK” to confirm cancellation.

Please note that for port-to-port order, you can cancel it only when the order status is "Awaiting forwarder confirmation."

For door-to-door order, you can cancel it only when the order status is "Waiting for goods pickup."
