How do I cancel my membership?

Please note that here is difference between account deactivation and deletion.
If you want to deactivate your account for now and you can still reactivate it by yourself when needed, you may click Deactivate Account to submit your request.

If you want to delete your account information permanently from Alibaba.com, which means you won't be able to issue refunds and loss access to member benefits, you can click Privacy Policy to submit your request.

You may check the request result in the page where you submit it.
