Port-to-port order: After the freight forwarder has confirmed the order, we will send you an email informing you that the order has been confirmed.

Door-to-door order: After you have placed the order, the freight forwarder will confirm the order details with you and then arrange goods pickup. If the forwarder cannot handle your order, they will notify you within one business day.
