How do I confirm order receipt?

The order receipt can be confirmed manually by buyer or automatically by the system.

To confirm your order receipt, please go to “orders” > “all orders” and click “confirm receipt" on the order detail page as shown below to complete the order.

 

If you do not confirm the order receipt manually, the system will automatically confirm the order receipt. The time it takes to automatically confirm the order receipt varies by shipping method.
