How do I delete verification phone number?

Currently you are not allowed to delete verification phone number which bound with your Alibaba.com account by yourself.

To delete verification phone number:

1.Please download the application form (This application form can be an electronic document, but the signature needs to be handwritten);

2.Fill all required information then contact Customer Service Team with below documents:

Personal user: 1. Above application form to delete verification phone. 2. The photo of your passport/Identity card/driving license etc.(For account ownership confirmation only)
Company user: 1. Above application form to delete verification phone. 2. The photo of your business license (For account ownership confirmation only)
