How do I find Trade Assurance Order that I've placed?

To find the order you've placed, you may follow the steps:

1 Log in your account at DropShipping and you may find your DropShipping order list.

Kindly be noted that the operation can only be processed via PC.

2 Log in your account at My Alibaba -Orders and you may find all orders you've placed in Alibaba.com, including DropShipping orders and other Trade Assurance Orders.

If you did not find the order you want to check, please do ensure that you've logged in with correct account.
