How do I pay for my Trade Assurance order via Credit Card?

Please be noted that not all Trade Assurance orders are supported to pay via credit card. You may check further when you click Send Initial Payment or Send balance Payment in the checkout page.
If here is option to pay via credit card, you may follow the steps to pay with PC:
Step 1 Go to Orders > All Orders, find the order which you want to pay
Step 2 Click ‘Send initial payment’ or 'Make payment' on the order details page to checkout

Step 3 Choose credit card/debit card payment method, and fill your card information, click Pay now

Step 4 Go back to the order details page, and check the payment result

 

 

 

 

 

 

you may follow the steps to pay with APP:
Step 1 Go to My Alibaba > Manage order. Find the order you would like to pay.
Step 2 Click ‘Send initial payment’ or 'Make payment' on the order details page to checkout.

Step 3 Choose credit card as your preferred payment method. If you have never paid via credit card, click' Add a new card to pay ' to bind a new card; If you already bound cards, you can choose the card bound or add a new card, then click "Pay Now".

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note:
1) Payment processing fee: 2.99% of the payment amount. The fee will be deducted from your account automatically when you make payment.
2) Supported card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, Diner's Club, Discover, JCB, CB, Interac card
3) Supported currency: USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, SGD, INR, KRW, MXN, MYR, PHP, RUB,AED, BRL, HKD, ILS, PLN, SAR, THB, ZAR for Visa & Mastercard; USD for balance credit cards. Find the available currency on the payment page;
4) Payment limit: Up to USD12,000 each transaction, include transaction amount (order amount & tax if applicable) and transaction fee.
5）Please be noted that not all Trade Assurance orders are supported to pay via credit card. You may check further when you click Send Initial Payment or Send balance Payment or Make Payment in the checkout page.
6) Please confirm the card number, expiration date, CVV, cardholder name and billing address are all correct.
7) The reason why cannot use credit card: Payment amount is more than 12000USD/ Due to security reason
8）Alibaba.com will not deduct any payment from your account if you paid with failure.

In case of any payment be deducted from your account, it might be with your paying bank and normally it will be returned within 2-4 business days (The time varies from different banks). You are suggested to check further with your paying bank. Or you can contact our Live Chat Service for help.
