How do I place an order with Alibaba.com Logistics?

Use the rate finder to search shipping rates.

1. Door-to-door service
On the search results page, select an appropriate shipping solution based on your actual needs by clicking "Place order."

On the “Place logistics order” page, fill in all forms in each section.

For product details, if you’re shipping multiple types of products in one order, you can click “Add a product” to enter the details of another product.

For load details, click “Duplicate” to create a new set of load information exactly the same as the first load. You can also use “Add a load” to create a new set of load details if your freight consists of boxes of different dimensions and weights.

For shipping details, apart from entering accurate address information, we strongly suggest that you enter the estimated goods ready date. This piece of information will help the freight forwarder to better coordinate the shipping schedule for your goods.

Make sure you have read and understood Logistics Services Agreement. Check the box and then click “Order now” to complete placing the order.

2. Port-to-port service

On the search results page, select an appropriate shipping solution based on your actual needs by clicking "Place order."

 

On the “Place logistics order” page, fill in all forms in each section.

Clicking “View guide” will open a separate page where you can have an overview of the capacity of each type of container. You can contact customer service if you’re still unsure which type of container you need.

For shipping details, enter the estimated cargo ready date. The freight forwarder needs the date to book the vessel space.
Also, entering the expected departure date will help your forwarder to know about your expectation for when the ship should depart, so that they can create an appropriate shipping schedule for you.

Make sure you have carefully read Logistics Services Agreement. Check the box and then click “Order now” to complete placing the order.
