You can search rates by entering information such as the origin and destination of your goods, load details, and goods type.
In the Origin window, first select the service type based on your shipping needs. Both door to door and port to port services are available.
Fill in the rest of the required information in all four windows, which are Origin, Destination, Load, and Goods. For example, after you have selected “door to door” as the service type, you need to enter the city name or the ZIP code of where the goods are located. Then, in the destination window, enter the destination country or region and the city or ZIP code.
For load information, it’s important to note that you should enter the detailed information about your freight’s packaging, instead of the detailed information about your products. For example, if you’re shipping 60 individual packages of children’s toys, which are packed into one box or pallet, in the “# of boxes” field, you should enter 1, instead of 60. This will help us calculate the shipping cost more accurately.
In the Goods window, “General goods” is selected by default, but you can also change the default setting by deselecting “General goods” and selecting other options. Make sure you do select the correct goods type based on the attribute of your products.
After you have filled in information in all four windows, click the search button to get search for shipping rates.
On the search results page, you can view rate details by clicking the drop-down icon.
