What can I do if I want to submit offline dispute but I don't know Member ID of the supplier?

If you want to file offline dispute and you don't know the Member ID of the Respondent:
(1) You may use the email address of the supplier also, but please make sure the email address is the one which the supplier used to registered the Alibaba.com Account.
(2) You may find supplier's member ID on business card page in Alibaba.com App. Steps as follows:
Step 1: Find the option of Messenger on the bottom of the page
Step 2: Find the supplier whom you would like to open a dispute against and tap in the chat.
Step 3: On the chat page, please use the option on the top right.

Tip: If the e-mail has been hidden, please take down ID and contact our customer service.
