What is the difference between Alibaba.com Pay account and Trade Assurance order payment account?

The bank account which is provided by the Alibaba.com Pay's cooperative payment institutions can be used by the seller to receive global trade payments.

The Trade assurance service account can only can only support Trade Assuance order of Alibaba.com.
