Such prohibited/restricted goods include but are not limited to the following:

·Live animals and plants, and endangered and precious animals and plants (including their specimens) as well as their seeds and propagation materials;

·Mineral products: crude ore, ore-sand, slag, and calx;

·Narcotics and psychotropic drugs: opium, morphine, cocaine, etc., and foods, drugs, or other items that are harmful to human and animal health, from epidemic areas, and can spread diseases;

·Tobacco and tobacco substitutes;
