Step1 . Visit My Alibaba > Orders > View More > Payment terms >Tax details>Check tax refund progress

 

 

Part2 The tax refund for charged twice on VAT :

Step1.Visit My Alibaba > Orders > View More > Payment terms > Tax details>View tax refund application

Step 2. If your tax refund application is rejected, you can click 'Edit Refund Request' to upload correct document.

 

 

Step 3. ‘Tax refund is approved'page means the refund has been approved. It will take 3-15 business days to process the refund.
