Why did I receive an order dispute refund but not a tax refund?

You can check the status of your tax refund on the Refund Requests page in My Alibaba. If you paid by wire transfer, you can apply for a tax refund on your Order Details page.

Tax refunds cannot be processed if you open a dispute before the order has been paid in full and the goods have shipped. They can only be processed after these first two steps.
