Why does my communication record disappear in Message Center?
Once you want to find the historical inquiry or message records, please follow below methods to check on PCPlease click "Buying leads" to check "My inquiries" -"View Inquiry Detail" and find the historical communication records or continue to contact with the supplier now.
Chat history in Messenger can be saved up to 2 years. Here are the reasons that may cause chat message missing:
1. Whether you checked in the same account;
2. Whether the seller withdrew the message;
