Why does the system show that I have both a pending tax refund and additional taxes that I need to pay?

In certain cases, you may:

1) need to pay additional taxes due to order changes, and
2) also have a tax refund issued to you due to order disputes or other reasons. 

Our platform processes these transactions separately.
